CBSE Extends Single Girl Child Scholarship Application Deadline to January 10, 2025

The scholarship supports meritorious single girl students in CBSE-affiliated schools with financial aid for Classes 11 and 12.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the application deadline for the Single Girl Child Scholarship 2024 to January 10, 2025.
This extension applies to both new applications for 2024 and renewals for scholarships awarded in 2023.
Eligible candidates must be the only child of their parents, have scored at least 60% in the CBSE Class 10 exam, and be currently enrolled in Class 11 or 12 at a CBSE-affiliated school.
The scholarship provides financial aid of up to ₹1,500 per month for tuition fees, with a 10% annual increase for higher classes; a higher cap of ₹6,000 per month applies to NRI students.
Schools must verify all applications by January 17, 2025, and applicants are required to submit essential documents, including bank details and verified academic records.
