Overview
- The board will hold the theory supplementary paper on July 28 and run practical exams from July 29 to August 4 at centres across India.
- About 1.63 lakh students placed in the compartment category are eligible to sit the supplementary exam or to improve a single subject score.
- Most academic papers are scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and several vocational papers start at 10:50 a.m. with a 15-minute reading time before the test.
- Candidates must bring a printed admit card and valid photo ID, use only permitted transparent stationery and bottles, and face action under Unfair Means rules for possession of phones or other electronic devices.
- Practical marks must be uploaded to the CBSE portal on the same day they are awarded and will be treated as final, and regional offices may move practicals to nearby centres if a school lacks facilities.
