Overview
- Media reports on Thursday, July 2, 2026, say the Phase 2 Class 10 results are likely to be released imminently but the Central Board of Secondary Education has not announced an official date or time.
- The Phase 2 exams were held May 15–21, 2026, and 668,854 candidates registered for the second board session including improvement and compartment students.
- Students should check official channels — cbseresults.nic.in, results.cbse.nic.in, cbse.gov.in, DigiLocker, UMANG and the SMS facility — to download provisional scorecards when the board activates the result link.
- The online scorecard will be provisional and CBSE will apply the Better Marks Rule to prepare final marksheets by taking each student’s higher subject score from the two attempts; original certificates will be distributed later by schools.
- Candidates must meet CBSE’s passing rule of at least 33% in each subject and are advised to rely only on board portals for updates and to keep login details ready to avoid delays.
