Dick Van Dyke will celebrate his 98th birthday with a special two-hour show on CBS, titled 'Dick Van Dyke 98 Years of Magic', airing on December 21.
The special will feature music and dance performances, special guests, a holiday number, and archival footage from Van Dyke's career, including 'Mary Poppins', 'Bye Bye Birdie', and 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang'.
Van Dyke, who started with CBS in 1955, expressed his pride and honor at CBS hosting his birthday special.
The show will also revisit the iconic set of 'The Dick Van Dyke Show', a sitcom that made Van Dyke a television star.
Van Dyke and his wife, Arlene Silver, will produce the special along with White Label Productions, with Ashley Edens serving as the showrunner.
