CBS Developing 'FBI: CIA' Spinoff for 2025-26 Season

The new series will introduce a joint FBI-CIA task force in a spring backdoor pilot episode of 'FBI.'

'FBI: CIA' will focus on a clandestine task force tackling domestic terrorism in New York City, combining the expertise of FBI and CIA agents.
The spinoff's pilot episode will air as part of the current season of 'FBI,' with casting for the lead roles currently underway.
Dick Wolf, along with David Hudgins, Nicole Perlman, and former CIA officer David Chasteen, will serve as writers and executive producers.
If greenlit, the show will join CBS's existing 'FBI' franchise lineup, which includes 'FBI,' 'FBI: Most Wanted,' and 'FBI: International.'
The series is being produced by Universal Television and CBS Studios, targeting a debut in the 2025-26 broadcast season.
