CBI Files Second Charge Sheet in NEET UG 2024 Paper Leak Case

Key officials charged include Dr. Ahsanul Haque, Principal of Oasis School, and Md. Imtiyaz Alam, Vice-Principal, both responsible for overseeing the exam in Hazaribagh.
Charges include criminal conspiracy, cheating, theft, and corruption under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Prevention of Corruption Act.
A total of 48 individuals have been arrested so far, with ongoing investigations targeting additional suspects and beneficiaries.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is scrutinizing candidates who benefited from the leak, potentially leading to disqualifications and penalties.
