Overview
- The Cavaliers open their preseason on Oct. 7 at Rocket Arena with a 7 p.m. game against the Chicago Bulls, followed by an 8 p.m. rematch in Chicago on Oct. 9.
- They then travel to Boston for a 7 p.m. matchup with the Celtics on Oct. 12 and return home to host the Pistons at 7 p.m. on Oct. 14.
- The back-to-back series with Chicago will pit Cleveland against former teammates Isaac Okoro and Lonzo Ball in both exhibition games.
- Coaching staff intend to use the exhibition games to finalize rotations, assess new players and build team cohesion.
- The full regular season schedule and ticket sale dates are expected to be announced later this summer.
