Overview

• Officers responding to a check-on-subject call around 3:30 p.m. Thursday found three people dead inside a home on Wilton Farm Drive in Catonsville.
• Police said an adult woman and a child were pronounced dead at the scene and an adult male believed to be the suspect had an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
• Investigators are treating the case as a double murder-suicide and said they are not seeking additional suspects.
• The Office of the Chief Medical Officer will determine the manner and cause of death, and authorities have not released the decedents’ identities or their relationship to one another.
• Police asked anyone with information to call 410-307-2020 or 911, as neighbors in the Broadfield community left flowers at the residence.
