  • Around 10 trains from Renfe, Ouigo and Iryo were affected, reflecting the cross-operator impact of the infrastructure fault.
  • Traffic in the affected section is operating on a single track with average delays near 25 minutes and some services running more than an hour late.
  • Separately, an Alvia from Badajoz to Madrid was delayed by one hour and 45 minutes after a stop in Plasencia, and Renfe’s rules allow 50% refunds from 60 minutes and full refunds from 90 minutes.
