  • Eight of the ten highest-impact digital procedures have been revamped with web forms, AI-driven reviews and backend automation to simplify user steps
  • Under Program Catgirem, 31 priority services have been selected from over 170 processes spanning citizen, business and agricultural needs
  • Nearly 200 new professionals have been onboarded, including up to 100 specialists to tackle a 73,000-case backlog in guaranteed-income claims and 82 to expedite renewable energy subsidies
  • Electric-vehicle and renewable subsidies are set to see average payment times slashed from 1.1 years to six months before the end of 2025 thanks to process automation and additional staff
  • Automated web forms and integrated medical-record systems have cut disability recognition from 360 to 120 days and dependency assessments from 326 to 90 days
