CAT Blocks Kerala’s Fresh Posting of IAS Officer B. Ashok

The Ernakulam Bench said its earlier order keeping him in the agriculture role remains in force pending a September 23 hearing.

Overview

  • On September 16, the tribunal deferred the government’s September 15 order posting B. Ashok as Principal Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms, and listed the case for September 23.
