Overview
- IIM Indore released CAT 2026 admit cards on Friday, November 6, 2026, and candidates can download their PDFs from iimcat.ac.in through November 29 using their application login ID and password.
- An official mock test with sample questions went live on November 6 to help candidates familiarise themselves with the exam software and navigation; the mock is indicative and the exact question pattern may vary in the real exam.
- CAT 2026 will be held on November 29 in three computer-based shifts (8:30–10:30, 12:30–14:30, 16:30–18:30) with 68 questions across three sections and a strict 40-minute time limit per section with no section switching allowed.
- Admit cards list key details such as name, application number, category, date of birth, allotted city, reporting time and gate-closing time, and candidates should report any discrepancies to the examination authorities before test day.
- The CAT serves as the national entry test for IIMs and other management programmes, so the early release and mock test give thousands of applicants time to check logistics, arrange travel, and complete required ID and centre verifications.
