  • Hotels recorded 893,630 overnight stays in July, up 3.1% year on year, as travelers rose 1.6% to 539,577; nationally, travelers increased 2.8% and nights 1.8%.
  • Salamanca led the region with a 10% jump in overnight stays, while Zamora fell 4.9% and Segovia 4.7%.
  • The number of travelers declined in Segovia, Burgos, Zamora, León and Ávila, with Segovia posting the largest drop at 4.2%.
  • Average stay was 1.6 days in the region compared with 3.4 days across Spain, reflecting a shorter-visit profile.
  • Hotel prices rose 7.3% on the IPH and RevPAR reached €40.1, up 10.4%, versus Spain’s €111.8 RevPAR, up 5.6%.
