  • The red alert is in force from 21:00 on Tuesday to 09:00 on Wednesday, with 112 coordinating monitoring and ready to adjust the response if needed.
  • During the two-day activation window, 112 recorded 48 snow and ice incidents: 37 in Guadalajara, 8 in Toledo, 2 in Cuenca, and 1 in Ciudad Real.
  • Authorities issued cold-safety guidance urging minimal time outdoors, caution on icy streets, special care for vulnerable people, checks on home heating, and use of 112 for emergencies.
