• Utah prosecutors on June 25 added charges of aggravated sexual assault, aggravated assault and domestic violence in the presence of a child relating to an alleged November 2024 incident.
• Court documents allege Barnett slapped and choked his ex-girlfriend while forcing sexual contact as their 1-year-old daughter watched, causing the victim to briefly lose consciousness.
• In May, Barnett was charged with aggravated assault and domestic violence in the presence of a child for incidents reported between December 2024 and April 2025.
• Salt Lake City police said they are investigating additional accusations that could result in further charges.
• Barnett, who appeared on Love Island USA and The Challenge: USA, denies the allegations and is slated for arraignment later this week.
