- Waitress Elena Jabri told the court that Mickleburgh suddenly nodded off mid-course at the Michelin-starred Latymer and was too unsteady to remain at the table.
- After being alerted by restaurant staff, hotel reception called Cartwright’s room and he said the food was “okay” and they would not return to dinner.
