Carol Lombardini to Retire as AMPTP President in 2025

After 15 years leading Hollywood's studio negotiations, Lombardini will transition to an advisory role as the search for her successor begins.

Lombardini's deputy, Tracy Cahill, has been leading ongoing negotiations with the Animation Guild.
Despite criticism during strikes, she is respected for her detailed knowledge and ability to unify disparate studio interests.
