Overview

• U.S. District Judge Richard L. Young imposed the sentence after Granados pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of a child, coercion and enticement of a minor, and possession of visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
• Court records state the abuse occurred between May and August 2023 and involved a 15-year-old in Granados’s care.
• IMPD responded on Oct. 28, 2023 after a witness found nude images on his phone, leading to searches that uncovered 12 videos, 16 images, and explicit messages.
• The images and videos were recorded inside a shared residence and at a hotel in the Indianapolis area.
• Granados received a lifetime term of supervised release and acknowledged he will be subject to removal from the United States after serving his prison sentence.
