  • The Diocese of Assisi clarified that Acutis’ body is conserved rather than incorrupt, with a silicone facial reconstruction, and that his heart was preserved as a relic.
  • In Chacras de Coria, Mendoza, the first chapel dedicated to Acutis is under construction, with overall progress near 4 percent, structural work above 35 percent, and completion targeted for late 2027.
  • Acutis died at 15 in 2006, created an online catalog of eucharistic miracles, was beatified in 2020 after a Brazilian healing, and advanced to canonization after a second miracle was approved on May 23, 2024.
