• The non-alcoholic bar and café held a friends-and-family soft opening on August 27 with Summer House castmates in attendance.
• Soft Bar is located at 200 Banker Street on the Greenpoint–Williamsburg border and features an industrial-inspired interior by Bolt Design with ABC Stone.
• Former Eleven Madison Park bartender Rich Millwater leads a menu of intentionally designed “soft cocktails,” with functional-ingredient guidance from sober-nutrition expert Dr. Brooke Scheller.
• Offerings extend to premium coffee and alternatives overseen by Antonia Petaccio, plus non-alcoholic beers, wines, sparkling teas including a Loverboy option, and complementary food.
• Radke, sober since January 2021, says the space aims to serve sober, sober-curious and wellness-minded guests seeking connection without alcohol.
