Cardinals Put LT Paris Johnson Jr. on Injured Reserve, Ending His 2025 Season

Arizona made the IR designation official Saturday, ruling Johnson out for Week 17 at Cincinnati and the finale in Los Angeles.
Johnson injured his knee in Week 14 against the Rams with a reported PCL sprain and had not played since.
Before the injury, he started 12 games, played every offensive snap, earned a Pro Football Focus ranking around 21st among tackles, allowed five sacks on 807 snaps, and carried a 43-game start streak.
The Cardinals signed defensive lineman Zachary Carter to the 53-man roster and elevated cornerback Jaden Davis and wide receiver Steven Sims from the practice squad.
Rookie Josh Fryar has taken most of the left tackle reps in Johnson’s absence, with Demontrey Jacobs rotating in.
