Cardinals Pitcher Ejected After Retaliating For Accidental Injury Of Teammate

Cubs' Ian Happ accidentally injured Cardinals catcher Willson Contreras with his backswing.
In retaliation, Cardinals pitcher Miles Mikolas hit Happ with a pitch and was ejected.
Cardinals manager Oliver Marmol was also ejected for arguing the decision.
Contreras had to leave the game but is expected to be okay.
The Cubs capitalized on the situation and went on to win the game over the Cardinals.
