Cardinals acquire Browns' backup QB Dobbs as Murray rehabs knee injury

The Arizona Cardinals traded for Cleveland Browns backup quarterback Joshua Dobbs.
The Cardinals made the trade because starter Kyler Murray is still rehabbing from knee surgery.
Dobbs will compete with Colt McCoy and others for the starting job until Murray returns.
The Browns received a fifth-round 2024 pick and now have rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson as Watson's backup.
Dobbs previously worked with the Cardinals' offensive coordinator when he was with the Browns.
