Car Crashes Into Power Box in Hannover, Cuts Electricity to Multiple Streets

  • Hannover’s fire department confirmed that the vehicle’s four occupants aged 18 to 19 escaped the crash without injuries.
  • Enercity teams arrived Sunday night to repair the box and estimated that restoring power could take up to four hours, but outages persisted into Monday morning.
  • Police have launched an investigation into the accident and have not yet determined what caused the driver to lose control.
