- After a routine traffic stop in Strand, officers searched a Lwandle home with permission and found about 54.46 grams of tik and 603 Mandrax tablets behind a fridge, arresting a 44-year-old who was detained at Lwandle SAPS.
- Foot patrol officers at the Bellville taxi rank intercepted a suspected deal and arrested a 33-year-old carrying 591 Mandrax tablets in a backpack, with the suspect taken to Bellville SAPS for further investigation.
