Cape Cod Grand Jury Indicts Three in Separate Human Trafficking Cases Involving Minors
All three await arraignment in Barnstable Superior Court, prosecutors said.

- Aguilar was indicted on six counts including trafficking of persons for sexual servitude and attempted rape of a child, with prosecutors alleging he offered marijuana and vaping products to a 15-year-old for sex and that additional allegations involve minors ages 13 and 14.
- Alcantara was indicted on a trafficking charge after a Yarmouth officer observed suspected sexual activity in a parking lot and a subsequent traffic stop led to her arrest, according to officials.
- Stamatin was indicted on counts including enticing a child under 16 and attempted rape of a child after an undercover operation in which he allegedly arrived to meet a person he believed was a 15-year-old for paid sex, with investigators citing a confirmation text, $170 in cash, and 10 condoms.
- Aguilar and Alcantara were indicted Dec. 5 and Stamatin was indicted Wednesday in separate investigations in Barnstable, Yarmouth, and Falmouth, which prosecutors described as unrelated.
