• Vancouver placed Joe LaBate, Mackenzie MacEachern, Jimmy Schuldt and goaltender Jiri Patera on NHL waivers.
• Thirteen players were assigned to AHL Abbotsford, including Danila Klimovich, Ty Mueller, Vilmer Alriksson, Chase Stillman and Kirill Kudryavtsev.
• After the cuts, the roster stands at 18 forwards, 11 defencemen and three goalies.
• Guillaume Brisebois and Jett Woo remain on the roster but are not expected to be ready for the season opener.
