Canada, Saudi Arabia Restore Full Diplomatic Ties After Dispute Over Activist Tweets

Canada and Saudi Arabia agreed to restore diplomatic relations and exchange ambassadors.

Restoring ties follows talks between the Canadian prime minister and Saudi crown prince last November.
Punitive trade actions from the dispute will be lifted as ties are normalized.
