• IRCC issued 1,000 Invitations to Apply to Canadian Experience Class candidates on October 1 with a minimum CRS score of 534 and profiles created before 4:01 a.m. UTC on February 21, 2025.
• This was the 10th CEC draw of 2025 and the third consecutive round with 1,000 invitations at a 534 cut-off.
• The CEC draw followed a September 29 Provincial Nominee Program round that issued 291 invitations at a CRS cut-off of 855, a 106-point increase from the September 15 PNP cut-off of 746.
• IRCC applied tie-breaker timestamps, setting April 8, 2025 at 01:25:29 UTC for the September 29 PNP round and February 21, 2025 at 4:01 a.m. UTC for the October 1 CEC draw.
• Year to date, IRCC has issued 66,838 Express Entry invitations, with 18 PNP and 10 CEC rounds alongside targeted draws for French proficiency, healthcare, education and trades.
