Canada Expands Summer Jobs Program to 76,000 Positions

The additional 6,000 roles are funded by a $25 million reallocation to curb youth unemployment through paid summer placements that boost skill development.

Jobs Minister Patty Hadju told CBC's The House said the move would help with the urgent needs of young people looking for work this summer.
