Overview
- The Global 6500 aircraft will replace the RCAF’s CC-144 Challengers used for VIP transport and utility missions such as aeromedical evacuation, disaster relief, humanitarian aid and national security operations.
- The first jet is expected to arrive in the summer of 2027 with initial operational capability planned by the end of 2027.
