Saskatchewan's government and Ottawa say they're providing additional support to a farm income stabilization program in response to trade issues and dry conditions.

  • The annual payout cap is increased to $6 million per operation, up from $3 million, for this year only.
  • Eligible Saskatchewan producers can now enrol until July 31, 2025.

  • Officials are reviewing the inclusion of grazing costs on rented pasture as an eligible expense in next year’s program.
