• Police say they arrived around 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 22 to the 500 block of Clem Haskins Boulevard and found 72-year-old Terry Miller bleeding from his upper back leg.
• Court documents report the call began as a domestic dispute involving his son, 37-year-old Terrence Miller, who had a knife.
• Witnesses told officers Terrence chased his father out of the home, the elder Miller fell, and he was then stabbed.
• Investigators say Terrence fled to a nearby house on Mayes Court, where they located him and took him into custody.
