- Gruppo Caffo1915 aims to leverage Cinzano’s heritage dating back to 1757 and Frattina’s grappa and sparkling wine lines to accelerate its presence in over 100 markets, CEO Sebastiano Caffo said.

- The transaction, advised by Mediobanca, is set to close by the end of 2025, with Campari maintaining temporary distribution in select markets including Argentina, Spain, Mexico, Russia, South Korea and South Africa.
