• The gown reimagines Edith Head’s 1954 design from Alfred Hitchcock’s Rear Window with a plunging neckline, high slit, metallic floral embroidery and a slimmer silhouette.
• Italian designer Elisabetta Franchi co-designed the custom piece, which Gottlieb publicly thanked on Instagram as a tribute to her grandmother.
• Gottlieb told Gala magazine she has seen all of her grandmother’s films and considers the Rear Window outfit one of her favorites.
• She attended the gala at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer’s Salle des Etoiles alongside Louis Ducruet, Marie Ducruet, Princess Charlene and Prince Albert.
