Cameron Diaz Returns to Acting in Netflix's 'Back in Action' with Jamie Foxx

The action-comedy features the duo as former spies dragged back into espionage, marking Diaz's first film since 2014.

Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx star as married former CIA agents who are drawn back into the line of duty in Netflix's new film 'Back in Action'.
'Back in Action' marks Diaz's first movie since 2014's 'Annie', which also co-starred Foxx.
The movie began filming in December 2022, and Foxx experienced a 'medical complication' in April, halting production. He was seen filming again in January 2024.
The film also stars Kyle Chandler, Glenn Close, Andrew Scott, Jamie Demetriou, McKenna Roberts and Rylan Jackson. A release date has not yet been announced.
Diaz came out of retirement for this film and cited Foxx as the primary reason for her return.
