The winning ticket matched all five regular game numbers (13, 30, 35, 49, and 59) but missed the Power number, which was 4.
If the Power number had been correctly guessed, the prize would have been $88 million.
Since no one won the top prize, the jackpot for Wednesday's draw will be at least $102 million.
More than 37,000 other tickets sold in California won prizes ranging from $3 to $50,000.
