Junior leaves the crawlspace every night to search for food and returns early in the morning.
The couple has contacted wildlife officials, requesting humane removal of the bear.
Junior has not caused any harm but does leave scat around the property.
California Fish and Wildlife agents are working to encourage Junior to leave and secure the crawlspace.
