Calgary Moves Command Post to Nose Hill as Search for Missing 11-Year-Old Continues

The relocation is meant to concentrate search teams and resources to support an Amber Alert for a neurodivergent child.

While officially not an Amber Alert, Calgarians are made aware of an Alberta Emergency Alert for Parker who has been missing from his day home for a week. A Calgary woman is calling on the province to create an indigo alert that would be used when vulnerable children, such as those with autism, go missing.
OnFriday, Calgary police announced the command post being used in the search for a missing 11-year-old boy, is being moved from Thorncliffe School to Nose Hill Park, about 1 kilometre to the west.
