Caixa Schedules Oct. 2 Online Auction of 487 Properties Across 22 Federal Units

Overview

• According to the edital, bidding opens at 10:00 on October 2 and will occur exclusively on the Fidalgo Leilões platform.
• The sale lists 487 lots distributed over 22 units of the federation, with no properties offered in Acre, Amapá, Rondônia, Roraima or Tocantins.
• Starting bids range from about R$ 18,008 for a house in Itaitinga (CE) to R$ 1.6 million for a warehouse in Nova Iguaçu (RJ).
• In Bahia, 30 properties will be offered with discounts reported up to 43%, including an apartment in Salvador’s Boca da Mata (R$ 92.4 mil vs R$ 156 mil market value) and a house in Feira de Santana’s Mangabeira (R$ 67 mil vs R$ 117 mil).
