Caitlin Clark Breaks NCAA Record in Iowa's Victory Over Drake

Caitlin Clark, the reigning national Player of the Year, scored 35 points in No. 2 Iowa's 113-90 victory over Drake, marking her 39th career 30-point game and breaking the record for the most 30-point games in NCAA Division I women's college basketball history.
Clark also had 10 assists, six rebounds and seven steals in the game, demonstrating her all-around skills.
Kate Martin, who went scoreless in Iowa's previous game against Kansas State, had a career-high 25 points in the win over Drake.
Iowa bounced back from its first loss of the season against Kansas State, setting a program record with 64 points in the first half of the game against Drake.
With one more 30-plus point game, Clark will match the overall NCAA record for the career total, which was set by Detroit guard Antoine Davis last season.
