• IndyCar champion Simon Pagenaud has joined Cadillac’s simulator programme and is currently working at the team’s Charlotte facility.
• Former Haas reserve Pietro Fittipaldi and Corvette factory driver Charlie Eastwood have also been signed as simulator drivers.
• Team principal Graeme Lowdon described the Charlotte simulator work as extremely important for consolidating performance, validating procedures and establishing communication channels across sites.
• Pagenaud, who has not raced since a 2023 Mid-Ohio crash that left him concussed, says the role lets him apply his technical experience and help make the simulator as realistic as possible.
• Cadillac has confirmed Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez as its 2026 race lineup, with Colton Herta set to serve as test driver and pursue FIA superlicence points in Formula 2.
