Overview

• Two RCMP teams searched roughly 40 kilometres in late September around Lansdowne Station, including the family property, a nearby pipeline with intersecting trails, and the site where a pink blanket was found.
• The searches, led by Insp. Luke Rettie with Narc and Sgt. Dave Whalen with Kitt, yielded no indication of human‑remains odour.
• Investigators say the results will inform next steps as they continue forensic work, assess more than 860 tips, and review about 8,060 video files.
• RCMP state there is currently no evidence of an abduction and that all possibilities remain under consideration.
