• The Cabinet Office updated its forfeiture list on August 2, 2025, formally revoking Meyer’s MBE for bringing the honours system into disrepute.
• In 2022 Meyer repeatedly failed to submit documents and attend High Court hearings in a fee dispute with Farrers & Co, triggering an arrest warrant.
• Mr Justice Kerr sentenced her to six months in prison, suspended, branding her “selfish and untrustworthy” and warning she would continue to flout court orders.
• Meyer earned her MBE in 2011 for services to entrepreneurship after appearing on the BBC Two Dragons’ Den online series and advising the government.
• Her removal places her alongside former Post Office chief executive Paula Vennells among those stripped of honours since 2023.
