C8 and NRJ 12 Officially Removed from France's TNT Lineup

Arcom reallocates frequencies to new channels OFTV and Réels TV, citing public interest and diversity in programming.

The French audiovisual regulator, Arcom, has confirmed the removal of C8 and NRJ 12 from the TNT platform, effective February 28, 2025.
The frequencies will be reassigned to two new channels: OFTV, backed by Ouest-France, and Réels TV, owned by Czech Media Invest.
OFTV aims to serve audiences aged 25–49 outside urban centers with regional news, talk shows, and entertainment, starting in March or September 2025.
Réels TV will feature a mix of documentaries, debates, and cultural programming, targeting a younger demographic with a focus on French and European content.
Canal+ has announced the withdrawal of its four pay-TV channels from TNT, while C8 and NRJ 12 are expected to challenge Arcom's decision in court.
