Phoenix Fire crews arrived around 10:45 a.m. to find a mobile home fully engulfed near 29th Avenue and Van Buren Street. Witnesses pulled a 10-year-old girl from the home; firefighters treated her for smoke inhalation and took her to a hospital in stable condition. The incident was upgraded to a first alarm as additional crews contained the blaze and kept it from reaching a neighboring unit. Three residents were displaced by the fire, and no other injuries were reported. Investigators have not determined what sparked the fire and do not yet know the location of the girl's parents or guardians.
