BYD Unveils 5-Minute EV Charging Platform, Surpassing Tesla's Speeds

The platform will first feature in the Han L sedan and Tang L SUV, set to launch in April 2025, with prices starting at 270,000 yuan ($37,330).
BYD plans to build over 4,000 ultra-fast charging stations across China to support the new technology, though no specific timeline has been disclosed.
