BYD Cuts China Output as It Expands Shipping Fleet

Export deliveries now account for over a fifth of sales, reflecting its reliance on overseas markets as domestic challenges intensify.

  • BYD has added two new car carriers, BYD Xi’An and BYD Changsha, bringing its fleet to six vessels and boosting logistical capacity for exports.
