Butterball’s Turkey Talk-Line Is Open for 2025 Holiday Cooking Help Through Dec. 24

Trained specialists are taking questions across phone, text, social channels, email and live chat from a Naperville call center with expanded Thanksgiving hours.

  • The published schedule lists 7 a.m.–9 p.m. on Nov. 24–26, 6 a.m.–6 p.m. on Thanksgiving, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. the Friday after, a mix of 8 a.m.–6 p.m. dates in December, and 8 a.m.–2 p.m. on Dec. 24.
  • Safety guidance highlighted by the service includes thawing in the refrigerator about 24 hours per 4–5 pounds, using an instant-read thermometer, and cooking to 165°F for the breast and stuffing and 170–175°F for the thigh.
