Bushido Reaffirms Plan to Retire After 2026 Farewell Tour

He says caring for his eight children will come before any future music plans.

Overview

  • In a new WAZ interview published Oct. 3, the 47-year-old says the career end after the upcoming tour is "really meant seriously."
  • He stresses education as the priority for his children, saying he wants them able to choose universities such as Oxford or Harvard.
  • He says music as a hobby would be fine for his children but rejects any pursuit of gangsta rap or lyrics that glorify crime.
  • The final "Alles wird gut" dates begin in January 2026 with stops including Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt and Stuttgart.
  • He says the 2026 leg follows a 2024 farewell run because performing was fun, the earnings were high, and promoter Burghard Zahlmann urged another tour.
